Bobby then heads to West End to visit the Spotted Trotter, a charcuterie shop that specializes in cured meats and sausages. Chef Kevin Ouzts takes Bobby on a tour of their facility, showing him the various steps that go into making their signature products. Bobby also gets to taste some of their meats, like the spicy lamb merguez and the bresaola.

Finally, Bobby heads to the Georgia State Capitol building in downtown Atlanta to meet with Agriculture Commissioner Gary Black. They discuss the importance of supporting local farmers and businesses, and the role that agriculture plays in the state's economy. Bobby also learns about the Georgia Grown program, which supports local farmers and helps consumers find locally grown products.
