Ep 1. Forged in Fire All Stars

Forged in Fire: Knife or Death is a high-stakes competition series where top bladesmiths, martial artists, and knife experts test their skills and toughness through a series of grueling challenges. In season 2 episode 1, titled Forged in Fire All Stars, six previous contestants from the Forged in Fire series return for a chance at redemption and glory. The episode is hosted by Bill Goldberg, a former professional wrestler and NFL player, and co-hosted by Tu Lam, a Special Forces veteran and knife expert.

The six contestants are introduced and given a brief interview segment before diving into the first round, the Blade Qualifier. They are tasked with using their own custom-built knives to slice through a variety of objects, including ropes, ice blocks, and watermelons. The knives are judged on their sharpness and durability, and the contestants with the best scores move on to the next round.

In round two, called the Obstacle Course, the remaining contestants must navigate through a challenging course filled with difficult obstacles, including swinging pendulums, balance beams, and spinning logs. They have to carry their knives with them and use them to cut through a series of targets along the way. Points are awarded based on speed and accuracy, and the two contestants with the highest scores move on to the final round.

The final round is the Kill Room, where the two remaining contestants have to take on challenging cutting tasks using a wide variety of weapons, ranging from swords and machetes to throwing knives and tomahawks. They have to slice through a variety of materials, including animal carcasses and metal objects, while demonstrating their skills and precision under intense pressure. The judges tally up the points and announce the winner, who takes home a cash prize and the title of Knife or Death champion.

The episode also includes behind-the-scenes commentary from the contestants, as well as tips and tricks from the hosts and judges on how to hone your own knife skills and blade-making techniques.
