Throughout the episode, the Huang family faces various challenges as they try to balance their American and Chinese identities. They struggle to find the right balance between tradition and assimilation, and realize that being true to themselves is more important than fitting in.

As the episode comes to a close, the Huang family comes together to support one another and celebrate their unique cultural identity. They realize that they may face some problems along the way, but they are stronger together as a family.
