The episode begins with a man named Mitchell Loeb breaking into a laboratory and stealing a vial of a mysterious liquid. Meanwhile, the Fringe team receives a call about a bizarre case involving a man who appears to be transforming into a beast.
The team investigates and discovers that the man, Roland Barrett, was injected with the same liquid that Loeb stole from the lab. Walter believes that the liquid is a transformative agent that may be used by the military as a biological weapon.
As the team tries to find a cure for Roland, Loeb contacts them and offers to give them the antidote in exchange for Olivia's help in protecting him from a dangerous organization called ZFT. However, it turns out that Loeb is actually working with ZFT and has been using the Fringe team to test the effectiveness of the transformative agent.
The episode is filled with action and suspense as the team races to find a cure for Roland and uncover the truth behind the liquid. Will they be able to stop Loeb and ZFT from unleashing a deadly biological weapon? Tune in to find out.
