Watch Person of Interest
In order to carry out his plans, Finch enlists John Reese (Caviezel), a former military man and CIA agent fleeing a dark past. The challenge for Reese and Finch is to observe their "persons of interest," discover the signs of the upcoming crime, and act fast enough to prevent it before it happens.
Their task is complicated by the demons of Reese's past, including former CIA colleagues out to kill him, and the government conspiracies surrounding the construction and functioning of Finch's machine. Armed with Finch's wealth and computer wizardry, and Reese's fearsome combat skills, the pair have battled corrupt cops, Mafia gangsters, unscrupulous politicians, and more.
Person of Interest mixes slam-bang action and suspense with deft, low-key comedy and some Lost-style mysteries -- Reese and Finch's backgrounds are slowly revealed through flashbacks each episode. Caviezel and Emerson are both talented actors in their own ways and play off each other brilliantly, making charismatic heroes.
