The Fringe team is back in action in season 5, episode 8, entitled "The Human Kind". The episode brings us closer to the end of the series as the Fringe team navigates through the final obstacles in their way.

In "The Human Kind", the team is still trying to find a way to stop the Observer invasion. However, a new threat emerges in the form of a group of humans who are rejecting the effects of the Observer takeover. These humans, known as the "Anililators", are a small group of people who have created a device that blocks the Observers' signals.

As the Fringe team investigates this group, they quickly learn that the Anililators are not exactly allies. While they have the same goal of stopping the Observers, their methods are drastically different. The Anililators are willing to do whatever it takes to save humanity, even if it means sacrificing the lives of innocent people.

Meanwhile, Walter (John Noble) is still struggling with the effects of the Observer implant in his brain. His memories of his life with Peter (Joshua Jackson) and Olivia (Anna Torv) are slowly fading away, and he is desperate to hold onto them. Walter enlists the help of Astrid (Jasika Nicole) in hopes of finding a way to preserve his memories before they're gone forever.

"The Human Kind" is a tense and action-packed episode that explores themes of humanity and sacrifice. The Fringe team is forced to confront the difficult question of what they're willing to do to save the world. Can they work with the Anililators, despite their questionable methods? Or will they have to find another way to stop the Observer threat?

The episode also delves deeper into Walter's character, as we see him struggle with losing his memories. John Noble delivers an emotional performance as Walter grapples with the possibility of forgetting everything and everyone he loves.

As the series draws to a close, "The Human Kind" sets the stage for the final showdown between the Fringe team and the Observers. With only a few episodes left, the tension is high and the stakes are even higher. Fans of the show won't want to miss this thrilling installment.
