Ep 11. Naruba, the Planet Without Form

Galaxy Express 999 season 1 episode 11 titled "Naruba, the Planet Without Form" takes the viewer to a strange planet which is known for not having a visible or tangible form. He explains that the Narubians, despite their shapeless existence, are still bound by certain laws of nature. One of these laws is that they must take on the form of an animal when interacting with physical beings. Taro becomes Tetsuro and Maetel's guide, helping them to navigate the strange and unpredictable world of Naruba.

As they delve deeper into Naruba, Tetsuro and Maetel soon discover that there is something sinister going on beneath the surface. The Narubians are facing a crisis – their planet is being threatened by an outside force that is causing them to lose control over their energy forms. As a result, they are on the brink of extinction.

Taro takes Tetsuro and Maetel to meet the leader of the Narubians, a wise old sage named Nar, who explains that the outside force threatening Naruba is none other than Count Mecha. Count Mecha is a cyborg who is on a mission to destroy the planet of Metropolis. He has come to Naruba to steal the knowledge and power of the Narubians, which he believes will give him the upper hand in his quest to destroy Metropolis.

Naruba is soon thrown into chaos as Count Mecha arrives on the scene, accompanied by his army of robot soldiers. Tetsuro and Maetel join forces with the Narubians to put an end to Count Mecha's evil plan and protect the energy forms of the Narubians.

In "Naruba, the Planet Without Form," the viewer is taken on a thrilling adventure that explores the limits of shape and form. The episode questions the nature of existence and the importance of physicality, while also delivering a gripping, action-packed storyline.
