Carly talks to Patrick about what will happen if her son's heart stops beating again. Spinelli tells Maxie that he has a new plan. Jason informs Sam that he nearly told Carly that he thinks that Claudia was involved in what happened to Michael. Sonny doesn't want Claudia getting too stressed beacuse of the baby she is expecting. Maxie is worried that Spinelli's latest plan wont work when Kate threatens her and Lulu's jobs again. As Tracy attempts to convince Johnny to keep Lulu away from Ethan, Luke watches on. Jax isn't happy with the way that Claudia is making his wife feel. Luke wonders if Tracy switched the DNA results. Spinelli finds the proof he was looking for. Tracy attempts to put Lulu off Ethan. It is revealed that Kate is the guilty person. Luke is determined to find out if Tracy did indeed switch the results. When Luke attempts to call Holly he is cut off. Michael's surgery is completed.
