Holly calls Luke telling him that she needs him to come to Dubai but Tracy takes the phone and tells her to find some other fool to help her. Patrick and Robin are asked to look at a woman who is with Mayor Floyd in a hotel room and she turns out not to be with wife. Ethan learns about Holly's call and Tracy tells her husband if he leaves to help her then they are through. Maxie informs Jason that Johnny heard the tape that Spinelli had implicating his sister in Michael's shooting. Mayor Floyd leaves and Robin isn't happy.
