Patrick asks Epiphany to get all the information there is on Brianna. Rebecca isn't happy that Ethan nearly blew their plan and they are caught together by Tracy. Spinelli is determined to discover the truth about what happened to Brianna much to Maxie's dismay who was hoping to spend some time with him whilst Kate is away. Alexis wants Max's help in getting Diane to drop the case. When Diane sees Max in Alexis' office she wonders what is going on. Robin and Patrick attempt to discover the truth about what happened to Brianna. Maxie and Spinelli break into Mayor Floyd's office to look for information that could solve how Brianna died but they are nearly caught when he shows up with Mac. Tracy thinks that Rebecca is up to something. Ethan thinks that Luke could be in some sort of trouble. Mac sees Maxie and Spinelli hiding in the office but doesn't tell Mayor Floyd. Robin learns from Spinelli that he is convinced that Brianna was murdered. A woman shows up to see Patrick and tells him she wants the malpractice case settled and she then tells him that she is Mayor Floyd's wife.
