The episode begins with Sasha trying to muster the courage to face Cyrus. She receives some words of encouragement from Brando and decides to go ahead with her plan. Meanwhile, Laura reaches out to Valentin to inform him about the development in Lulu's condition. Valentin is anxious about what's going on and rushes to GH.

While at GH, he runs into Alexis, who is still reeling from Ned's betrayal. Valentin offers her some wise words and reminds her of her strength. Meanwhile, Ava visits Ryan in prison to confront him about his manipulations. Ryan, being Ryan, doesn't give her a straight answer, but Ava leaves the encounter feeling more empowered.

Elsewhere, Carly and Jax are discussing their relationship when they receive a surprise visit from Sonny. Sonny has some news that he thinks will affect them all, and they listen intently as he shares what he's learned.

At the same time, Britt is dealing with the fallout from Julian's murder. She's feeling guilty for not telling the truth and takes it out on Jason. Despite his protests, she's convinced that it's because of him that she's in this mess.

As the episode progresses, we see more of Cyrus and his plans. He's not pleased with Sasha's betrayal and is determined to make her and Brando pay. We also get a glimpse of the tension between Laura and Martin, which seems to be building slowly.

Amid all the drama, we see some heartwarming moments as well. Robin and Patrick share a loving reunion, and Maxie and Peter take comfort in each other's company.
