Ep 20. Unknown Soldiers

In season 1 episode 20 of Ghost Hunters titled "Unknown Soldiers," the team is called to investigate the allegedly haunted Fort Delaware, a former Civil War prison located in the Delaware River. The team arrives on the island and begins their investigation with a tour of the fort. While on the tour, Ghost Hunters team member Brian senses a strange energy and starts to investigate an area on his own. He hears footsteps and sees shadowy figures moving, but he can't find the source of the activity.

As the night goes on, the team splits up to investigate different areas of the fort. Steve and Dave investigate the kitchen area, while Tango and Kris head to the dungeon. Amy and Adam explore the prison hospital. As they conduct their investigations, they use various equipment such as infrared cameras, digital voice recorders, and thermal imaging cameras in an attempt to capture evidence of paranormal activity.

In the kitchen, Steve and Dave are startled by footsteps and a banging noise coming from the stove. They investigate further and find that the noise is coming from a can of cooking spray that had rolled off a shelf and onto the stove. Although this incident isn't paranormal, Steve and Dave remain on edge and continue their investigation.

Meanwhile, Tango and Kris are in the dungeon and they hear something moving in the darkness. They investigate and find a metal grate hanging over a hole in the floor. They hear something moving beneath the grate and Kris reaches his hand through to try and touch whatever is down there. Suddenly, they hear a loud banging sound and decide to leave the area.

Amy and Adam investigate the prison hospital and use an EMF meter to detect any changes in the electromagnetic field. They also use a thermal imaging camera to detect any changes in temperature. As they conduct their investigation, they capture a strange mist on the thermal imaging camera. They also hear unexplained noises coming from one of the rooms.

As the night wears on, the team regroups to discuss their findings. They review the footage and evidence they have collected and come to the conclusion that Fort Delaware is indeed haunted. They hear strange noises like laughter and footsteps, and see unexplained shadows and movements.
