Ep 14. Giant Octopus To The Rescue!

Diego and his friend, the giant octopus, work together to rescue a young green sea turtle and escort her safely to the beach. When Diego learns that a green sea turtle is stranded on a nearby beach, he calls on his friend, the giant octopus, to help him rescue her. Diego hops on his Rescue Pack and speeds over to the beach, where he meets up with his cousin Dora, who has also come to lend a hand.

The three friends quickly locate the sea turtle and attempt to guide her back to the water, but the tide is receding, and the distance to the water is too great for her. Diego realizes that they need to find a way to create a "turtle slide" to get her back into the water. They ask the giant octopus for help, and he wraps his arms around several large rocks, pulling them into the water and creating a makeshift slide that they can use to transport the turtle safely back to the sea.

As they slide the turtle down the "turtle slide," Diego and Dora notice that she has a plastic bag stuck on her flipper, which is making it difficult for her to swim. They quickly remove the bag and set her free, but notice that she seems weak and disoriented. Diego realizes that the turtle may have swallowed some plastic as well, which is making her sick. He and Dora enlist the help of the giant octopus once again, who uses his arms to create a whirlpool around the turtle, flushing any harmful materials out of her system.

With the turtle feeling better, Diego and Dora escort her safely to the beach, where she can rest and regain her strength. As they watch her return to the sea, they realize that their friend, the giant octopus, has also taught them a valuable lesson about taking care of the environment and the animals that live in it.
