Ep 5. Eye to Eye

As Gomorrah (English Subtitled) season 2 episode 5 "Eye to Eye" begins, Genny Savastano is still recovering from being shot. While his father Don Pietro is in prison, Genny is making moves to take over the family business. He gathers his crew and makes a plan to go after Ciro Di Marzio, who betrayed him in the previous season.

Meanwhile, Ciro is living a new life in Bulgaria, working for a drug lord named Valerio. He's making more money than he ever has before, but he's also far away from his son and his old life in Naples.

Back in Naples, Patrizia is dealing with the aftermath of what happened the night before. She's trying to keep things under control and keep Ciro's whereabouts a secret from the others in the organization. She's also trying to stay alive.

As Genny's plan to go after Ciro gets underway, tensions continue to rise between the various factions within the organization. Don Pietro's loyalists are still around, and they're not happy with the direction Genny is taking things. They make their feelings known, and it's clear that there will be trouble ahead.

The episode is called "Eye to Eye," and it's clear that there will be some sort of confrontation between Genny and Ciro. The question is, which one of them will come out on top? Will Genny finally get revenge for what Ciro did to him, or will Ciro prove once again that he's a force to be reckoned with?
