In Good Omens Season 1 Episode 2, the demon Crowley and angel Aziraphale have been tasked with finding the Antichrist, who is now a young boy living in Tadfield. They both try to influence the child's upbringing to lean towards good or evil, respectively, but their efforts end up canceling each other out and leaving the child, Adam, in a state of moral ambiguity.

Meanwhile, the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse have arrived on Earth to bring about the end of the world. War, Famine, and Pollution have all settled into their respective roles, but Death is noticeably absent. His presence is felt by the other Horsemen, who are concerned about his absence and wonder if something has happened to him.

As the Horsemen prepare for their mission, the witch Anathema Device is researching her family's occult history and trying to decipher the prophecies of Agnes Nutter. She begins to realize that the end of the world may be closer than she thought and decides to seek out Aziraphale in hopes that he can help her prevent it from happening.

As the episode progresses, tensions rise between Crowley and Aziraphale as they continue to grapple with their opposing agendas and the impending doom of the world. Adam also becomes increasingly aware of his strange powers and is drawn to the nearby Air Force Base, where he discovers a group of children who are similarly gifted.

Overall, Good Omens Season 1 Episode 2 continues to build upon the creative and humorous world that the show has established. The characters are all well-developed and interesting, and the plot moves at a steady pace without feeling rushed or slow. Viewers who enjoyed the first episode will definitely not be disappointed by the second.
