Ep 4. It's Raining Men

In Grey's Anatomy season 16 episode 4, titled It's Raining Men, the doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital are dealing with a variety of challenging cases.

Dr. Meredith Grey is still feeling the repercussions of her insurance fraud troubles and is struggling to make ends meet. She is also struggling with her relationship with Dr. Andrew DeLuca, who seems to be increasingly distant.

Dr. Alex Karev is dealing with the aftermath of his mother's sudden death, and Dr. Amelia Shepherd is trying to come to terms with her own past trauma.

Despite all of the personal and professional challenges the doctors are facing, they are able to come together to save their patients in some of the most harrowing situations yet. Whether it's a patient suffering from a dangerous heart condition or a young boy left orphaned after a car accident, the doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial are determined to do whatever it takes to help those in need.

As the episode comes to a close, the doctors are reminded that, regardless of their differences and personal issues, they are all in this together. With their patients relying on them for their expertise and compassion, the doctors must continue to work together to provide the best care possible.
