Georgina is back in town and seeks Lucy's help to deal with her debt, which is causing her significant financial issues. Lucy dives into her own knowledge of Harlots' ins and outs, knowing that she must work fast to save her friend from harm. Things go from bad to worse when Georgina's creditor, who also happens to be the father of one of her clients, appears on the scene to demand payment. Meanwhile, Justice Cunliffe's breakthrough discovery reestablishes his hold on Lydia and Margaret, with Lydia being used as leverage to get Margaret to comply with his demands. Emily is dealing with her own struggles as her position in the Greek Street house becomes even more trying due to her sexually abusive client. In the midst of all of this chaos, Charlotte must navigate her newfound freedom as a single woman while attempting to retain her position as the head of the Greek Street house.
