Lou feels conflicted after she discovers that her father has invited her estranged mother back to Heartland. When Tim reveals that he wants to sell his rodeo school, Jack and Mitch must help him find a buyer and come to terms with what the future holds for the business. Meanwhile, Amy and Ty face a difficult decision as they ponder expanding their client base. And when Georgie's attempts to help the new stable hand backfire, she is forced to find a way to correct her mistake.
