Brendon, Melissa, and Jason start experimenting with a home video camera equipped with a fish eye lens, and the resulting footage is both comedic and strange. Brendon becomes obsessed with capturing every aspect of his life, from riding his bike to eating breakfast, and begins to lose sight of what's really important. Melissa and Jason become increasingly annoyed with Brendon's fixation on the camera and finally stage an intervention to get him to put down the camera and enjoy the moment. Meanwhile, Coach McGuirk attempts to get in shape by taking up jogging, but his efforts are hindered by his love of junk food and his tendency to get lost on his runs. The episode explores themes of mindfulness, living in the moment, and the dangers of becoming too focused on documenting every aspect of life.
