That Wasn't Fun at All is the eleventh episode of the first season of Honey and Clover. The episode starts with Takemoto, Mayama, Yamada, and Morita as they play a game of darts. The game turns out to be a disaster, and the group decides to chit-chat instead. Yamada tells them about how she had given Rika a scarf for her birthday, and how Rika had liked it. However, she is still concerned about the fact that Rika might not have enough money to support her company.
Later, Takemoto, whose bike has given up on him, asks Morita to give him a lift. Morita agrees and takes Takemoto on his bike. On the way, they have a conversation about what each of them wants to do in life. Morita tells Takemoto that he wants to do something spectacular, something that no one else has ever done. He also tells Takemoto about his upcoming trip to America.
The next day, Yamada goes to see Rika at her company. Rika instructs her to go and pick up some fabrics for her, which she can use for her designs. While Yamada is picking up the fabrics, she sees Nomiya, who had come to pick up some fabrics for his company as well. Nomiya invites Yamada to come and see his work, and Yamada agrees.
Meanwhile, Mayama is concerned about what to do with his life. He feels that he is stuck in a job that he doesn't like, and he is not doing what he really wants to do. Later, he goes to see Rika and tells her how he feels. Rika listens to him patiently, and then tells him that he needs to find his own path in life.
Later that day, everyone meets at the art college and decides to have a barbecue. While they are having their food, they discuss different topics, including their career aspirations and what they want to do with their lives.
Towards the end of the episode, we see Morita at the airport, about to get on a plane to America. He remembers all the good times he had with his friends, and tears fall down his face. The episode ends with Takemoto, Mayama, Yamada, and Hagu waving goodbye to Morita as he gets on the plane.
