While exploring the ocean floor with a friend, Brent suddenly found himself trapped in a fishing net, unable to break free. However, through sheer strength and determination, Brent managed to break free from the net and swim back to the surface, where he was greeted with relief and gratitude from his fellow divers.

Denise's story is perhaps the most dramatic of the three, as she recounts the day when she was kidnapped at gunpoint by an unknown assailant. As Denise was leaving work one evening, she was ambushed by a man who forced her into his car at gunpoint and drove her to a remote location. Terrified and alone, Denise was forced to use all of her wit and cunning to try and survive the ordeal, as her captor became increasingly erratic and abusive. Miraculously, Denise was eventually able to escape and make her way to safety, but the traumatic experience left her deeply scarred and struggling to cope with the aftermath.
