Ep 3. Jewish Federation/Alberto/Tamara

In the Season 2 Episode 3 of I Survived, entitled "Jewish Federation/Alberto/Tamara," viewers are treated to three harrowing tales of survival.

First, we meet a woman named Tamara who was working at the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle when a crazed gunman burst into the building and began shooting. Next, we hear from a man named Alberto who was hiking in the mountains of Southern California when he fell down a steep ravine and became trapped. With no one around to hear his cries for help, Alberto was forced to use his survival skills to stay alive for several days. He had to fend off hunger and thirst, as well as dangerously low temperatures at night. Finally, after days of struggling, Alberto was able to free himself and make his way back to civilization.

Finally, we learn about a woman named Susie who was kidnapped by an ex-convict and held captive in his home for several days. Susie was subjected to horrific abuse and torture during her captivity, but she was able to keep her wits about her and plan an escape. Despite the danger and uncertainty, Susie managed to get away from her captor and seek help from the authorities.

These three stories are incredibly powerful and inspiring, showcasing the resilience and strength of the human spirit in the face of overwhelming adversity. While each survivor's experience is unique, they all share a common thread of determination and perseverance that allows them to overcome impossible odds. Through their stories, viewers are reminded that no matter what challenges they may face in life, there is always hope for survival and a path to healing and recovery.
