In Episode 3 of Ibiza Weekender's first season, the cast is gearing up for another wild weekend on the party island of Ibiza. The guests are arriving and the reps are ready to show them a good time.

One of the main storylines of this episode revolves around Jordan, one of the reps, who is still struggling to find his footing in his new job. He's feeling a bit down and out after a difficult night out, but his fellow reps rally around him to help boost his spirits. Later on, he gets a bit of a confidence boost from a guest who seems interested in him.

Meanwhile, there's drama brewing between some of the other cast members. Imogen, one of the female reps, is frustrated with Deano, one of the male reps, for not taking his job seriously enough. Things come to a head during one of the group's excursions, when Deano decides to get drunk and take a dip in the ocean instead of participating in the planned activity. Imogen is furious and confronts him about his behavior, which leads to a tense exchange between the two.

Of course, no episode of Ibiza Weekender would be complete without a healthy dose of romance, and this episode delivers in that department as well. One of the guests catches the eye of a rep, and they hit it off almost immediately. They share a romantic evening together, but will their fling last beyond their time on the island?

In addition to all the personal drama, this episode also showcases some of the other activities that the guests can enjoy during their stay in Ibiza. There's a pool party, a beach excursion, and even a tea party (yes, really).
