The show Ibiza Weekender is a reality television series that follows a team of holiday reps as they work at a hotel in Ibiza, Spain, helping young tourists to enjoy the island's famous party scene. In season 5 episode 7, the reps are facing their busiest weekend of the summer, with a packed schedule of pool parties, boat trips and club nights.

The episode opens with the reps preparing for the arrival of a new group of guests, who are due to check in later that day. Callum, one of the senior reps, is particularly nervous about this group as he knows one of the girls from back home and doesn't want any drama to spoil the weekend. Meanwhile, new recruit Chloe is excited to prove herself and show that she can handle the pressure of the job.

As the guests begin to arrive, tensions start to simmer between some of the girls in the group. One of them, Amber, is feeling left out and struggles to fit in with the others. On the other hand, her friend Liv seems to be getting on well with the other guests, especially the boys, which causes some jealousy among the girls.

The reps do their best to keep the group entertained, with party games and drinking games by the pool. However, things take a turn for the worse when one of the guests, Jay, gets too drunk and starts causing trouble. Callum and the other reps have to step in to calm the situation down before it spirals out of control.

Later on, the group heads out on a boat trip, where they are treated to stunning views of the Ibiza coastline. However, the calm is short-lived as the guests start to party on the boat, leading to more drama and arguments. Chloe, who is struggling to keep up with the pace of the weekend, feels overwhelmed by the situation and has to take a moment to gather herself.

As the day turns to night, the group heads out to one of Ibiza's famous clubs for a big night out. Liv, who has been flirting with one of the boys in the group, gets into a heated argument with another girl who also has her sights set on him. Meanwhile, Amber feels increasingly isolated and decides to stay back at the hotel.

The episode ends with the guests returning to the hotel in the early hours of the morning, exhausted but exhilarated by their weekend in Ibiza. The reps breathe a sigh of relief that they've made it through the busiest weekend of the summer, but know that there's still more work to be done as the season continues.
