Meanwhile, Joseph and Mary finally come to a head, with Mary confronting Joseph about his actions and forcing him to come clean about everything.

In the end, the cyber crimes unit is able to track down The Teacher and bring him to justice. Though there are still unresolved issues between the characters, they are able to work together to accomplish their goals and solve the case. With the threat of The Teacher out of the way, they can focus on repairing their relationships with each other and moving forward.
