He decides to test the boy's abilities by commanding him to create a massive flower, and when Jinenji fails to do so, Sesshoumaru brutally attacks him, causing widespread destruction in the surrounding area. Jinenji's mother begs for mercy, but Sesshoumaru shows no compassion, declaring that those who are weak are not worthy of life.

As Inuyasha and Kagome make their way back to Totosai's forge, they encounter Jinenji and his mother, who ask for their help in defeating Sesshoumaru. Inuyasha agrees to lend his aid, and together they set off to confront the powerful demon.

The final showdown between Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru is an intense battle, with both sides unleashing their full power. In the end, Inuyasha is able to tap into the full potential of the Tessaiga, and he manages to defeat Sesshoumaru and reclaim his sword.
