Despite being in their budget range, the house does seem to need a bit of work. It was a little dated, and there were a few repairs that needed to be made. However, Arden and Phil can see the potential and decide to make an offer.

Although the negotiations are a little tense, the agent is able to work out a deal that both parties are happy with. Arden and Phil put down an offer and schedule a home inspection to make sure that everything is in good condition.
