As the battle rages on, Lady Izetta proves her worth as a formidable warrior and adept witch. She takes on the Germanian forces single-handedly, using her magic and the new sword to devastating effect. But as victory seems within reach, she is confronted by an old acquaintance – Sophie, a fellow witch who has sided with Germania. Sophie challenges Lady Izetta to a duel, placing both their lives and the fate of the war on the line.

The episode ends on a cliffhanger, with Lady Izetta and Sophie locked in a fierce battle.
