Set in the idyllic Caribbean island of Saint Marie, Death in Paradise is a British-French detective TV series that follows the adventures of a British policeman, Detective Inspector Richard Poole, who is reluctantly transferred to Saint Marie to lead the local police force.
Season 1, Episode 6 takes place in a prestigious boarding school named Sainte-Marie College, where the headmaster's daughter, 18-year-old Aimee, is found dead in her dorm room. Detective Poole and his team are summoned to the school to investigate the case.

To make things even more complicated, Aimee's father, the headmaster of Sainte-Marie College, is also a suspect after some suspicious payments are traced back to him.
As the clock ticks, the team has to put together all the pieces of the complex puzzle to identify the killer before they strike again. The team has a plethora of suspects, including Aimee's roommate, the two boys in the love triangle, Aimee's father, and even one of her teachers.
With the stakes high and the clock ticking, the team has to race against time to piece together all the clues and solve the mystery of Aimee's death. Will they be able to catch the killer before anyone else falls prey to their murderous ways?
