DI Humphrey Goodman and his team are back to tackle another murder mystery on the beautiful island of Saint Marie in the Caribbean. They also realize that they are dealing with a well-planned and executed murder, and it will be difficult to catch the killer unless they can find the motive behind the crime.

In this episode, we see a lot of character development, especially with DI Humphrey, whose admiration for Sian slowly turns into suspicion as more and more facts come to light. We also see his relationship with Camille moving towards a more mature level, as he shows trust in her to investigate on her own and provides her with the resources she needs to get the job done.

The cinematography and the setting of the episode are stunning, as usual, with gorgeous shots of the Caribbean sea and the island's natural beauty. The acting is superb, with Kris Marshall delivering an excellent performance as Humphrey, and Josephine Jobert bringing depth and complexity to the character of Camille.
