The show appears to hover around Buckingham, who is a career and lifestyle advisor. Every time the four starred individuals attend an interview, they come to this woman for some tips and guidance. The woman offers them guidelines on what they are to do in order to make employers like them. One the job seeker has a dream of owning an eatery in the span of fewer than five years. She, therefore, intensifies her search for a job which she only considers being a starting point. Her forgetfulness makes her forget her resume on one of the job interviews she attends.
