Judge Judy Season 19 Episode 5 Salvaged SUV Scam?; Dog Walking Attack!

  • September 10, 2014

In season 19, episode 5 of Judge Judy, two seemingly unrelated cases are brought before the judge. In the first case, a woman claims that she was scammed by a man who sold her a salvaged SUV without disclosing its previous damage. The defendant argues that he did mention the car's salvaged title and that the plaintiff had the opportunity to have it inspected before purchasing it. Judge Judy must determine who is telling the truth and whether the plaintiff deserves a refund.

In the second case, a dog walker is accused of attacking a dog in her care. The owner of the dog claims that when she returned home, she found her pet injured and the defendant unresponsive and unapologetic. The defendant argues that the dog attacked her first and that she acted in self-defense. Judge Judy must decide whether the defendant's actions were justified and whether she owes compensation to the dog's owner.

As always, Judge Judy does not hold back in her questioning and may deliver a few memorable quips. Viewers will also get a glimpse of the courtroom procedures and the legal arguments put forth by both sides. Will justice be served in these two cases? Tune in to find out in season 19, episode 5 of Judge Judy.
