Ep 1. The Cleveland Show

The Cleveland Show is the season 14 premiere of the popular reality TV show Keeping Up with The Kardashians. The episode starts off with Kris Jenner receiving a call from Khloe Kardashian informing her that Tristan Thompson, Khloe's boyfriend and father of her baby, has been traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers. Kris decides to take Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian along with her to Cleveland to support Khloe during the transition.

The next day, Khloe takes the Kardashian sisters on a tour of Cleveland. The group visits the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Cleveland Museum of Art, and the West Side Market. The Kardashian sisters enjoy exploring the city and trying new foods, but Khloe still can't shake the feeling of homesickness.

Back at the hotel, Khloe receives a surprise visit from Tristan's friend, and fellow NBA player, LeBron James. LeBron reassures Khloe that Cleveland is a great city and that he and Tristan will always be there to support her. His words seem to have a positive effect on Khloe and she's hopeful for the future.

As the episode comes to a close, the group attends another one of Tristan's games. This time, Khloe is in a better headspace, feeling grateful for the support of her family and happy to be there for her boyfriend. The group celebrates after the game, happy to have found some common ground in Cleveland.
