Finally, Adam heads to Austin, Texas, where he visits Lammes Candies, a family-run business that has been making candies since 1885. The shop is famous for its "Texas Chewie Pecan Pralines," a sweet and sticky treat that has been a favorite of Texans for generations. Adam tries his hand at making some pralines with the shop's resident candy maker, and learns about the history of this iconic southern treat.
