Ep 9. Soul Survivor

In Knight Rider season 2 episode 9, titled "Soul Survivor", Michael and KITT are called in to investigate when a renowned scientist, Dr. Bergstrom, is killed in a mysterious car crash. The circumstances of the accident seem suspicious, and Michael and KITT quickly become convinced that someone had tampered with Dr. Bergstrom's car in order to cause the crash.

As they dig deeper into the case, Michael and KITT discover that Dr. Bergstrom had been working on a top-secret project involving the creation of a new type of synthetic fuel. The project had been highly classified, and only a select group of individuals had been allowed to work on it. But as Michael and KITT investigate, they begin to uncover a web of corruption and deceit that goes all the way to the highest levels of government.

Meanwhile, Michael also finds himself struggling with his own demons, as memories of his time as a soldier in Vietnam come flooding back. He begins to question whether he has done enough to atone for the things he did during the war, and wonders whether he deserves to have a second chance at life.

As the investigation into Dr. Bergstrom's death heats up, Michael and KITT find themselves coming up against some very powerful and dangerous adversaries. They must use all of their skills and expertise to unravel the mystery and bring those responsible to justice. But as they get closer to the truth, they realize that they may be in even more danger than they ever could have imagined.
