Ep 4. You've Got Male (or Female)

Mike (Tim Allen) and Vanessa (Nancy Travis) host a gender reveal party for Jen (Krista Marie Yu) and Ryan (Jordan Masterson). However, the parents-to-be are in for a surprise when the baby’s gender turns out to be different from what they had expected. Meanwhile, Kyle (Christoph Sanders) and his wife Mandy (Molly McCook) contemplate the idea of having a baby of their own. However, the couple realizes that they have different opinions on parenting styles, which leads to a hilarious debate. Elsewhere, Ed (Hector Elizondo) and his girlfriend Wendi (Joel Michaely) face difficulties in their relationship when Wendi shows a lack of appreciation for Ed’s romantic gestures. In an attempt to win her back, Ed reaches out to Mike for advice on how to woo Wendi. As the episode unfolds, the characters navigate their way through various relationship challenges, which forces them to have a better understanding of each other.
