Ep 3. Tiny Twins Takeover

Later in the episode, the focus shifts to some of the other cast members as they deal with their own personal drama. One of the most notable storylines involves Emily Fernandez, a fiery young woman who is struggling with depression and anxiety.

In an emotional scene, Emily confides in her friend Tanya Scott about her mental health struggles and how difficult it is to keep up appearances on social media. She admits that she feels like a fraud because she often posts happy photos and updates, even when she is feeling miserable inside.

Tanya is sympathetic towards Emily's struggles and encourages her to be more honest about what she is going through. She tells Emily, "You don't need to fake anything for the cameras, or for anyone else. You just need to be yourself, and we love you for who you are."
