In Little Women: Atlanta season 3 episode 8, entitled "Insignificant Other", the drama between the ladies continues to unravel. The episode opens with Andrea visiting her ex-boyfriend, Chris, in prison. Chris has been locked up for six years, and Andrea is feeling the strain of their relationship. She admits that she's been holding onto hope for their future, but is starting to realize that it may never happen.

Meanwhile, the rest of the ladies are dealing with their own issues. Emily is feeling left out after Amanda's engagement, and struggles with the fact that she's still single. She confides in her sister, Bri, who tries to reassure her that she'll find love in her own time. However, Emily is still feeling insecure and unsure about her future.

The group gets together for a night out, but things quickly turn sour when Minnie and Monie start arguing. Minnie is still upset about Monie's involvement in her relationship with Gary. Monie tries to defend herself, but the argument only escalates. After things calm down, the ladies head to a club where they run into an old friend, Sam.

Sam is a rapper who used to be close with the ladies, but has since moved on. When he starts to hit on Minnie, Monie takes it upon herself to intervene. She reminds Minnie that she's still in a relationship with Gary, and that she shouldn't be flirting with Sam. Minnie brushes off Monie's concerns, and continues to dance with Sam. This only adds fuel to the fire, and Minnie and Monie end up in another argument.

Later on, everyone heads back to their hotel room, but the drama is far from over. Andrea decides to confront Amanda about her accusations that Andrea was trying to break up her engagement. Amanda denies the accusations, but Andrea isn't convinced. She tells Amanda that she doesn't trust her, and that she needs to stay away from her and Chris.

The episode ends with the ladies scattered and upset. Minnie is getting texts from Sam, which causes tension with Monie. Emily is feeling even more alone after seeing Amanda and Jordan together. And Andrea is still struggling with her feelings for Chris. It's clear that there's still a lot of unresolved drama between the Little Women: Atlanta ladies, and it remains to be seen how it will all play out.

Overall, "Insignificant Other" is an episode filled with drama and tension. The ladies are each dealing with their own personal issues, but their relationships with each other continue to complicate matters.
