The third episode of Love Island: Australia season 2 welcomes two new sexy singles to the villa, stirring things up between the couples. The episode starts with a text message revealing that two new islanders will be arriving at the villa. The excitement and anticipation amongst the islanders are palpable as they prepare for the arrival of the newcomers.

As the new islanders, Eoghan and Jessie, make their entrance, all the islanders gather around to greet them. Eoghan, a 24-year-old personal trainer, seems to catch the eye of several girls right away, including Cartier, who introduces herself to him. However, it's Jessie who steals the show when she chooses Adam, the most popular boy in the villa, as the guy she's most interested in. This threatens Cassie, who has just started to see Adam in a different light and is developing feelings for him.

The other couples start to worry about the impact the new arrivals will have on their relationships. Erin, who is coupled up with Eden, feels particularly threatened by Eoghan's good looks and charm. Cartier, who has been coupled up with Matthew since the first day, admits that she's feeling confused about Eoghan, who has caught her attention. Meanwhile, Cassie and Adam's relationship is put to the test when Jessie starts to make her move on Adam.

The next day, the islanders are challenged to a game of 'Island Bingo,' where they have to collect items from around the villa to complete their bingo cards. The game is interrupted, however, when a text message reveals that a recoupling ceremony will be taking place that evening, and the girls will be choosing who they want to be with.

The recoupling ceremony sees the boys standing nervously by the fire pit as the girls make their way down the stairs one by one. Each girl gives a little speech before choosing the guy she wants to be with. Some of the new arrivals cause a stir, with Cartier choosing Eoghan over Matthew, and Jessie choosing Adam over Cassie. The recoupling results in a few surprise twists, including Erin choosing to stay with Eden, despite her earlier worries about Eoghan.

The episode ends on a cliffhanger, as a preview of the next episode shows the arrival of three more new islanders, promising more drama and surprises for the islanders and viewers alike.
