Karen and Ian are a couple living in a house in Port Moody, Vancouver. They have been living in their home for close to twelve years, and they love the location but are frustrated with the layout. Karen has a hard time using the stairs as she has hip problems, and Ian is tired of the small kitchen. Both are not sure if they should renovate or sell their home.
