Host Roger Mooking starts off by heading to the East Coast to Brooklyn, where he discovers a mobile pizzeria and taco truck called The Pizza Cupcake. Roger gets treated to their popular Cupcake pizza, a pie topped off with fresh basil, pepperoni, mozzarella, and roasted garlic, all on a thin crust. He also tries their Korean short rib taco, which features caramelized short ribs with Korean chili paste, crumbled queso fresco, and a jalapeno and radish slaw.

Next, the show heads down to New Orleans to visit the Foodie Call truck, which specialises in gourmet twists on corndogs and funnel cakes. The chef-owner of the food truck, Bangkok native Darasamrat Thongsri, serves up his legendary lobster corn dogs, which are coated in a spicy batter and dipped in a tangy remoulade sauce. Moving on to the sweeter side, viewers also get a glimpse of his newest creation, funnel cake with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.

Roger then heads to Los Angeles, where he discovers the Chomp Chomp Nation food truck, which specialises in Singapore-style street food. Their popular dish, The Singaporean Chili Crab, is a delicious concoction of thick, spicy red sauce, fresh crab, and crispy bread. Other tasty dishes on their menu include their version of Char Kuay Teow, a stir-fry of rice noodles, shrimp, and Chinese sausage, and Satay chicken skewers.

Traveling up north to Seattle, the show highlights the Seattle Biscuit Company, a local favorite that serves up mouth-watering, fluffy biscuits. Roger indulges in their 'Beast' sandwich that features a buttermilk biscuit sandwich packed with an egg, sausage patty, homemade mustard aioli, bacon, and cheddar cheese. He also tries a sweet biscuit with their signature blueberry compote and bacon.

Last but not least, Roger travels to Phoenix, where he stops at The Parlor Pizzeria food truck that specializes in a unique and delicious pizza style. The Parlor Pizzeria uses an ancient method of baking their pizzas to perfection within 90 seconds. Roger tries their famous pizza, which features juicy tomato sauce, mozzarella, fresh basil, and roasted garlic. Additionally, he samples their Meatballs graced with parmesan and rich marinara.
