With All One's Heart is the sixteenth episode of the first season of the iconic TV sitcom Married...with Children. The episode originally aired on January 5, 1987 and was directed by Gerry Cohen with Michael G. Moye and Ron Leavitt as its writers.

This episode begins with Peggy (played by Katey Sagal) reminding her husband Al (played by Ed O'Neill) that Valentine's Day is coming up soon, and she expects a nice present. Al, however, dismisses the idea of Valentine's Day and refuses to buy his wife a gift, claiming that he loves her every day and doesn't need a special day to prove it.

Meanwhile, their daughter Kelly (played by Christina Applegate) and her boyfriend, Barry (played by Christopher McDonald), are planning a romantic Valentine's Day evening together. However, their plans are disrupted when Barry's father suddenly arrives in town. Barry is forced to spend the evening with his father and leaves Kelly alone on Valentine's Day, much to her disappointment.

As the day goes on, Al's neighbor Marcy (played by Amanda Bearse) stops by to talk to him about her Valentine's Day plans with her husband Steve (played by David Garrison). However, Al can't resist teasing Marcy and telling her that Steve didn't get her a gift, which sends her into a frenzy. Al, on the other hand, is still refusing to buy Peggy a Valentine's Day gift and decides to hide at the bowling alley to avoid her.

Meanwhile, Peggy is trying to keep her spirits up and decides to make a romantic dinner for Al. She even dresses up in a sexy outfit, hoping to surprise him when he comes home. However, when Al finally arrives home, he's just as grumpy and unromantic as ever. He's annoyed by Peggy's attempts to be romantic, and the two end up getting into a big argument.

In the end, Kelly decides to take matters into her own hands and surprises her parents with a romantic Valentine's Day dinner. Despite all of their bickering, Al and Peggy are touched by their daughter's gesture and finally make up. They realize that they do love each other and decide to celebrate Valentine's Day together after all.

Overall, With All One's Heart is a classic episode of Married...with Children that showcases the show's trademark irreverent humor and biting satire. It's a hilarious take on the often-over-the-top expectations of Valentine's Day and the complicated dynamics of marriage and family relationships. Fans of the show will love watching Al, Peggy, and their family navigate the ups and downs of this holiday, and will undoubtedly find themselves laughing along the way.
