But Medaka, with Zenkichi's unwavering support, is able to overcome the effects and expresses her forgiveness towards Hitomi. Finally, Hitomi breaks down and decides to turn herself in, confident that Medaka's strength will be able to overcome the worst the Flask Plan shall throw their way.

The episode ends with the revelation that the Flask Plan's first suit was lurking within a priceless vase that had been donated to the school. Medaka and the student council eagerly hatch a plan to retrieve it. However, they are caught off guard when they encounter a formidable opponent, Naze Youka, the head of the school's Public Morals Committee.
