Ep 4. Big Brother, I Feel Like Kissing (Sub)

Morioka Kohei, an amateur photographer, continues his job of taking pictures of the beautiful vampire Hazuki, who is the main character of the Moon Phase anime series. In the previous episode, Kohei's cousin Seiji came to visit him, and he was astonished to see that Hazuki was a vampire. Hazuki then used her power to erase Seiji's memory, and Kohei wanted to get some answers about Hazuki's true identity.

In the end, Kaoru is reunited with her brother, and Hazuki, Kohei, and Mizuki promise to keep their secret safe. The episode ends with Vigo vowing to return and complete his mission of capturing Hazuki.
