Pat Scott has found her dream home...the beach cottage she always dreamed of. If only it didn't look like it has been slated for demolition! Pat and her fiancé have already completed work on the house - like installing new bamboo flooring, and tearing down the ugly 60s paneling. And Pat does have some beach furniture and decorations that she has collected over the years. But it has a long way to go to be that perfect beachy nest that Pat wants.
