Gerry Duncan, a well-meaning yet often clueless high school teacher, is back for another episode of Mr. D. This time, he's on a mission to form a union for teachers at Xavier Academy. But as can be expected, things don't exactly go as planned.

As Gerry tries to rally his fellow educators, he faces resistance from both his colleagues and the school administration. His attempts to organize a union are met with skepticism and even outright hostility from some of his fellow teachers, who fear retribution from the administration if they try to form a union.

Meanwhile, Gerry's personal life is in shambles. His romantic relationship with Lisa is on the rocks, and his attempts to reconcile with her only seem to push her further away. To make matters worse, Gerry's attempts to support his friend Robert's new business venture go awry, and he ends up inadvertently sabotaging the venture.

Despite all these setbacks, Gerry remains determined to form a union and improve the working conditions for teachers at Xavier Academy. But as the episode progresses, it becomes clear that the road to unionization is going to be a long and difficult one.

As always, Mr. D delivers a mix of wacky hijinks and heartfelt moments as it explores the challenges of being a teacher, a friend, and a human being. Fans of the show will be delighted to see their favorite characters back in action, while newcomers will find plenty to enjoy in this funny and charming series.
