Chris and Adrianne renew their wedding vows while on a vacation in Hawaii, and take a kayak trip on a rainy day. Meanwhile, Chris takes advantage of the trip to convince Adrianne that it's time that they should have children.

As Adrianne's surgery day approaches she begins to have second thoughts, but Chris assures her that he will be there for her when it's over. Now two months later, Adrianne invites Dia over to see her new boobs.

With her job in full swing, Adrianne decides now is the right time to get her breast implants, leaving the thoughts of having a child behind her. Now Chris has warmed to the idea of having a family, and now would be a good time. Chris plans on taking Adrianne back to the surreal house where they first met and opened up to each other, hoping to rekindle some of that magic. Will she see this the same way, or will his dreams be shattered?

A day at the beach with friends Don, Kathy and their 2 children has Chris feeling like his biological clock is winding down. Meanwhile, Adrianne spends a day of quality time with her father, who informs her that their relationship maybe too unstable for kids because of Chris' temper.

Chris and Adrianne head to back to their marriage counselor after they argue about the nude photos she had taken of herself and another woman for Chris' birthday present. Meanwhile, Adrianne contemplates getting a breast augmentation.

Adrianne and Chris head to the mountains as a birthday surprise, and then reveals the gift of nude photos she took with her friend Kelly.

A dinner party with friends brings up the subject of children for the newlyweds, which also brings an argument. Later, Adrianne goes in search for the ultimate birthday gift for her new husband.
