Ep 5. Fort Worth Fortune

Finally, David takes the couple to a sprawling ranch-style home on the outskirts of Fort Worth. With over 10,000 square feet of living space and a massive backyard with a pool and a built-in grill, this house checks all the boxes for Lori and Yolanda. They imagine hosting large parties with all their loved ones and enjoying the peaceful serenity of the countryside. However, the distance from their desired location of Fort Worth and the amount of upkeep required on such a large property gives them pause.

After careful consideration and weighing the pros and cons of each home, Lori and Yolanda ultimately decide to make an offer on the historic home in downtown Fort Worth. Although it will require some renovations and updates, they both fell in love with the home's charm and believe it will be the perfect place to entertain their friends and family.

The episode ends with David helping Lori and Yolanda add their personal touches to the home, including choosing new paint colors and furniture.
