Ep 12. Support Your Local Shifflet

When Dick asks for a stoplight at a dangerous intersection at the town council meeting, the town no longer has enough money to afford Officer Shifflet's raise he has demanded. Officer Shifflet then begins working at the inn as a security guard and oversteps his job description.
