After seeing Noah and Fancy getting intimate on the beach, he calls the cops to have the couple arrested. Before the police arrive, Alistair is able to plant a gun and some drugs in Noah's car in order to make Noah look bad to Fancy. Meanwhile, Jessica gets arrested for prostitution and is eventually bailed out of jail by Spike. As Eve is apologizes to her children for putting them through the pain of her trial, Julian continues his attempts to have Rebecca tell him the truth about Liz's poisoning. Elsewhere, Gwen and Ethan talk about their problems with Theresa while sharing a romantic evening together. After trying to get Theresa to see working with Alistair will bring nothing but pain, Martin goes for a walk on the pier, and eventually runs into Katherine.
